    How far in advance should I book your services?

    For best results, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, depending on the scale of the event, but we still take booking for up to 2 weeks before the event. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.

    How long does it take to plan an event?

    The time frame depends on the complexity of the event. Smaller events like birthday parties may take a few weeks to plan, while larger events such as weddings or corporate functions may require a few months. We always strive to work efficiently while ensuring high-quality results.

    How much do your event planning services cost?

    Pricing varies based on the type and size of the event, as well as specific services you require. We offer custom packages tailored to your needs, and a quote will be provided after our initial consultation.

    Do you require a deposit?

    A fully refundable deposit of $100 minimum or 10% of total cost is required. This deposit will be applied to the total cost only if there are any damages to the rented equipment.

    Can I request a refund if I cancel the event?

    Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. If the event is canceled within 48 hours to the event, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in this case due to initial planning efforts.

    Can you accommodate last-minute event requests?

    We try to accommodate last-minute requests, but this depends on our current schedule and the complexity of the event. Please contact us to check availability.

    Do you offer event planning for different types of occasions?

    Yes, we plan a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries, and more. Whether it’s a small gathering or a large celebration, we’ve got you covered.

    What if I need to make changes to the event after booking?

    We understand that plans can change. We’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments, but please be aware that some changes may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the modification and how close we are to the event date.

    What happens if there's bad weather for my outdoor event?

    We always recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events, such as tents or an alternate indoor location. We will work with you to ensure your event can proceed smoothly, rain or shine.
